2024 & 2025 SUP Amendment Regulations – Consultation summary report

Consultation on Green Industries SA’s Proposed Single-use and Other Plastic Products Amendment Regulations – 2024 and 2025 items was open from 18 December 2023 to 11 February 2024.

Key stakeholders and the general public were asked to provide feedback on the draft regulations, including the proposed exemptions and any potential unintended consequences.
